Tough game, guys! Opponent had a good start, and we couldn’t take wickets during the powerplay. Prudhvi and Jainam stood out with their bowling today. Our fielding was good, especially Deep in the circle and Sreekar (had a great catch at the boundary). However, there's room for improvement in our fielding. We missed a few catches and lacked an attacking field, allowing them to take easy singles and doubles. Let's keep working on this as the season progresses. We needed partnerships from the top order to chase down the big total, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. However, Avinash batted brilliantly, Amit hit some great shots in the middle, and Sreekar played beautifully towards the end. The partnership between Sreekar and Suryamshu for the 9th wicket was excellent. Overall, it was a pretty good effort by everyone. Also, a shoutout to Rafi, Sreekar, Deep, and Prudhvi, who debuted today for Gully. The margin of loss was big, but with a few good overs and taking those catches, things could have been different. Let’s keep improving and get better every game. Go Gully 💪🏻💪🏻

Team, what a fantastic start to the season!
Our bowling was exceptional. Sumit and Chirag J set the tone in the Powerplay, followed by Chakri and Saurabh who continue the pressure on the opposition and then Darshan and Pravin got crucial breakthroughs when the opponents were building a partnership. Amit bhai bowled brilliantly, delivering one maiden over and nearly another, conceding just one run with five dots. The fielding was exceptional as well, with brilliant catches by Avinash behind the wickets, Chakri on the boundary, and our young fielder Meghal 😛 at the point—what a catch that was!Our batting was good too. Ranjith gave us a quick start in the first over, and Sumit and Meghal had a solid partnership in the powerplay. Though we lost a few quick wickets, we kept the runs coming and reached 35 after 6 overs. Pravin hit some quick boundaries before getting out. Then, Avinash and Darshan built a great partnership, playing sensibly by rotating the strike and putting the opponents under pressure. At the end, Avinash switched to left hand batting and scored three amazing boundaries to seal the game for us. Overall, it was an amazing effort by everyone. It was a great debut for Darshan and Jainam for Gully. Let’s keep the energy up!
Go Gully 💪💪
